our take on the lake

we sure did enjoy our time at lake Erie. The weather was perfect and the sound of birds and waves was very peaceful. It was an interesting change in our other water explorations.

It has taken a little while to get back into the swing of things at home. I did have a few minutes to work on some glitter blocks and a few cheddar sampler blocks.

This one is called union square. The half square triangles finish at 1 inch.

  1. Loving that cheddar block with the plaid fabrics. It makes me want to start a new project. Thanks for sharing with Oh Scrap!

  2. Lake Erie looks beautiful! Those Great Lakes are so huge it is almost as if you were at the ocean! Your glitter blocks look like fun, and I like the cheddar background fabric, for the sampler, too.

  3. We visited the Great Lakes last year. They truly are spectacular. Happy stitching this weekend.
