So pretty! Do you have someone in mind to gift this quilt to? Looking forward to seeing her quilted, I'm sure you are too. Happy stitching!
ReplyDeleteI like that pink and white polka dot too. I don't use a lot of pink so won't be searching for it, yet! That quilt has a LOT of piecing in it. It looks fabulous though.
ReplyDeleteI’m partial to polka dots too! I don’t have this one though! Lol I love your pink version of zuckerwatte.
ReplyDeleteWhen I went to look up Bonnie's Zuckerwatte version on her website, it is pink too. Zuckerwatte means cotton candy in German she says. So I guess it was intended to be pink. For some reason, my brain told me it was originally blue! Go figure. :(
DeleteGorgeous!! this one is on my bucket list and I LOVE how yours turned out!!!

ReplyDeleteI'm not a big fan of pink, but that is one of my favorite quilts in the book! Your version is going to be awesome, Maggie.

ReplyDeleteThat's a fabulous bubblegum pink polka dot fabric! You should buy a whole BOLT of it, just to be on the safe side. I love how this border fabric sets off your blocks.
