split 9 again

I started this older ufo as part of the quiltville leader/ ender challenge. I figured out how I wanted to proceed with assembly here. Now, I am starting work on the bottom half of my split nine quilt. I am getting better at following the graph so it looks like I have it right the first time.

The top half is all sewn together.

  1. So glad to see this going together! What a pretty scrappy project. It's going to be large. Thanks for sharing on my weekly show and tell, Wednesday Wait Loss.

  2. ...and, yes, I've found that blocks often turn themselves in another direction in the short distance between the design wall and the sewing machine!

  3. Looking good! Those quilts with out regular pattern are hard to keep straight when stitching together. Heck I pull out my seam ripper a lot when the pattern is obvious!
