swept away

I finished piecing the sea swept cornerstone blocks at Friday quilt group.

And then I had to trim them. I used the studio 180 squared squared to trim them.

And then I counted them - sigh, I am 6 short. hmm- maybe I had the steps backward. haha

But, they are beautiful and I am so pleased.

Sue is back to Friday group after covid. We have missed her.

and I gave Linda her quilt back after quilting it. It was a beauty.

  1. It won't take long to piece those addition 6 cornerstones. Your quilt is going to be so pretty. Linda's quilt is beautiful!

  2. I need to see if I have the Studio 180 ruler you showed. On the other hand, I don't often do square in a square. That's a beautiful Christmas quilt.

  3. You're so close in sea swept! Hopefully it won't take long to make those missing blocks. Meanwhile, what a beautiful quilt Linda made! Thanks for sharing on Wednesday Wait Loss.
