I added more rows and now fractured squares is sewn together. I made it smaller than the free pattern. I like it, and, it was a good stash buster. I don't think I want to finish it right now. I have several higher priority quilts I am working to finish. I have more blocks that would easily make a cute baby quilt. But, that is for another day.

Love it!!! the colors and the solids breaking them up make it such a cool design!!!!
ReplyDeleteThose blocks reverberate!
ReplyDeleteWow, that is really playing tricks with my eyes -- I love it! Great way to use up your scraps. And thanks for linking up with TGIFF today!
ReplyDeleteThat's a really neat quilt. Nice job.
ReplyDeleteThe colors you've chosen really add movement to this quilt! Fun!
ReplyDeleteWow! When they talk about movement they need a picture of this quilt. It really jumps and jives (in a good way). Love the light background and brighter color palette you chose. It would be fun to try it in some other color combinations too. I'm thinking hot pink and black. :)
ReplyDeleteThose blocks make a fun design! Lots of movement. Nice job getting that top together!
ReplyDeleteWhat terrific movement happens with the fractured blocks. It is a terrific top! Bonus. . .it came from stash and scraps!!!--TerryK@OnGoingProjects
