carolina chain blocks

Right now, any sewing I do has to be easy and easy to reach. I found these laying next to the machine. I use Carolina chain as an away project, but it just looked like fun, so, I sewed a few blocks. I'd like to say that this is a great scrap buster pattern, but, it barely made a dent.

I've started another snowman for my rug.

  1. Hi Maggie! Oooh, I love these blocks. Those fabrics you're using are so fun, and using up scraps is the best. Even if it doesn't make a huge dent, it's a start. ~smile~ Roseanne

  8. Another cute snowman! I'm fascinated by the fabric guard around the edge.
