I purchased a mystery layer cake during Christmas sales. I was decidedly disappointed. But, it was great chance to try a layer cake nd pattern.
This little top is finished and ready to be quilted. It is my first layer cake pattern. I can see why they are popular - very quick and easy.

ReplyDeleteInteresting patterns on the blocks. I can see why it disappointed you. Hope you didn't spend too much on it. But yes, using precuts does make construction easy and quick. I just did a table runner last night myself using charm squares.
