I started cutting green scraps in January for the rainbow scrap challenge, and couldn't wait to sew the blocks. I like them and added red this month. I call this quilt Jo's checkers, but I couldn't find it that way on Jo's country junction. I have had the pattern in the 'maybe someday' list for a few years. I did find the post by searching for brickhouse quilt

I cut and made red windmill blocks. I am using 2 1/2 inch strips for all of these projects.
I added 2 red strip weave blocks.
