Whoo are these owls

First major accomplishment:

the left side of my sewing machine table is clean :)  score!   because it usually looks like this side or worse if possible.
I'm such a tosser.  :(  lots of procrastinated decisions living here.
But when I am making a block, I am making that block, and can not be bothered to clean up other messes. And these owls really required concentration as they fought back.

But I am declaring it a victory. Take that you devil owls.

  1. Those owls are adorable. They look complicated! I have to keep my sewing area clean since I quilt at my kitchen table! And it's in the middle of everything...one day I may have a dedicated space!

    1. It doesn't help my messiness that I can close the door. I am impressed you can keep it in the open

  2. I get it, when you sew, you sew-nothing else gets in the way, right. I sure do love those owls. Where did you get the pattern?

  5. I love the owls, it seems like each one has its own expression! I'm with you on the clean-up detail. Who wants to do that? I'd rather work on a block or two! Wendy at piecefulthoughts@gmail.com

  7. Aw, they are really cute owls. I think I have the same pattern or one similar ... the question is do I need owls? If they turned out as nicely as yours did... maybe. Thanks for the inspiration.
