stash report March 30, 2025

I can't believe it is the end of March.  I visited a garage sale for a member of our guild who had passed away last year. Mostly, her children, priced the fabric very high, and very few of us went home with much of anything. I tried, but, the only thing I bought was a ziplock of fat quarters that seemed to coordinate. There were 13 for 15.00

I found this wonderful vintage piece for 2.00  I asked my hubby why this reminded me of him, and he said that it looked like the wallpaper of his room when he was a boy. haha  That was a longtime ago.

  1. I wonder why the family thought that pricing the fabric high would be allow it to sell. The fat quarters you bought are very pretty. That vintage fabric is very amusing. Tiny Tuesday is very pretty. Enjoy your stitching this week!

  3. I love your quilt. It's hard when fabric at estate sales are priced so high. If they wanted it gone, it should have been priced better.

  4. You found a nice set of fat quarters. That cowboy fabric is really cool too. Your quilty metrics are looking good. Lots more out than in.

  5. I visited JoAnn's Fabric today. They might have some items that are greatly discounted, but they have only discounted their cotton quilt fabric 20%. Sort of like going to a garage sale and the prices are still too high. Thanks for sharing. I enjoy your blog.
