My one monthly goal for November was to finish all the star blocks for an older ufo called midnight flight. I did that by the middle of the month.
Then, I moved on to making rows.
Toward the end of the month, all the rows were finished.
After the rows were assembled, I added the inner border. The outer border is a pieced border. I have all the individual units pieced, I just have to make the borders. Hopefully, next month, I will finish it. The longarm is now empty as I have finished all the quilts in the 'to be quilted' closet. And then, I will have something else to blog about.
So, in summary, I guess I met my November goal.

Midnight Flight is looking good. You've had such a great year on the progress front. Once you reach that point though, it does take a rethink on how to structure your work flow now that you don't have a backlog.
ReplyDeleteI look forward to seeing the entire flimsy! Have you begun Old Town?
ReplyDeleteI really like this and will look forward to seeing the entire quilt. And emptying out your to-be-quilted closet is amazing! I'm considering copying that for a goal for myself next year. Thanks for the inspiration.
ReplyDeleteThat block makes into such an interesting quilt, Maggie!--TerryK@OnGoingProjects
