uneven 9 patch progress

 I have the main part of the uneven nine patch leftovers sewn together.

( blocks from a swap and quilt here )  I am ready for borders.

    Such a fun scrappy quilt. Good luck with the borders. For some reason borders also take so much longer than I think they should.

    Very nice! Slab borders will be okay, I think -- medium-dark brown or a brownish-red.
