orange scrap projects week 1

I worked on moving ditch lilies along last year. Using orange again this year for May, I will pull  ditch lilies out, again, and see how far I can get with this ufo. I have cut the blocks and started the strip sets.

I finished appliqueing the dresden blocks. Now, I am working on the center medalions. I do not plan at this point, to put this away again. If I work on it a little at a time, I might be able to finish this year.

I have sewn a a neutral strip to red strips for the my stash buster blocks, trying to catch up the months I didn't get them done.

I caught up with the blue and green candy chains

I made candy chains  in orange

  2. Your blocks are all so pretty . . . I've been spending the last month getting the garden ready for planting, my poor sewing machine is probably feeling abandoned. Happy quilting :)
