I have been sewing the shorter 2 1/2 inch strips with a neutral for the rainbow scrap challenge. I still have a few colors to go. I decided to make them into 5 strips with a checkerboard block in mind. I am using scrappy pieces in the color of the month.

I sewed 7 days last week. I enjoy sneaking into my sewing room in the morning before everyone is up and the day starts
I have decided to work on my older ufo applique project - across the wide missourri-
I have started prepping for block 11. These are smaller blocks that will fit to join all the blocks. There are a lot of trees in this quilt. This is a small strip with 2 trees vertical.The Christmas tree is all done, time to move the background along.
