I found these flannels at the last quilt sale I visited. They are 108 wide. She was completely selling all her fabric to move to a smaller home in Missouri. How very brave of her. I would probably keep the fabric and sell the pots and pans.

With the new year, I am restarting an applique project - across the wide missourri- I started this project again in 2025 primarily for in the car traveling while we were traveling. But, I have continued this after we returned home. I try to do a little every day. I want to finish this by the end of the year.... or next.

15 min to stitch at life in pieces
I would also keep the fabric!
ReplyDeleteI had to laugh at you selling the pots and pans instead of the fabric. That would be me too!
ReplyDeleteVery fun backings. You had a good week with the stitching time.
ReplyDeleteAh ah, yes me too, better selling furniture and cooking items than fabrics and quilting stuff ;) These two fabrics are pretty. Well done with your appliqué block, it's coming along nicely.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing, and linking up!
Those are pretty fabrics. I am dreading having to downsize someday.
ReplyDeleteI'm in the process of downsizing. When it came to fabric, I've been donating to a local charity who makes quilts and other items for children and nursing home residents. I didn't get rid of fabric all at once, it's been a slow process.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't be getting rid of all my fabric either. We all have our priorities. :)
