Pfeffernuesse

The rainbow scrap color for April is red. I chose a Bonnie Hunter ufo called pfeffernusse from her book string fling. I started a lot of string projects when her book first was published. I liked all of them, what can I say?

I started it with 72 string blocks in 2016. In 2017, I cut and made 288 red hourglass blocks.  My plan is to make whatever progress I can during the month. Meanwhile, I need to get busy with my other red scrap blocks.

  2. Oh - that will be amazing with the string blocks and hourglass blocks. I'm going to have to pull out my copy of that book again.

  3. Looks like you've got a good start on that project. I pulled out an older BH UFO for last month. Seems we both have a few of those.
