time for red scraps

red is the color for April for the rainbow scrap challenge

I made the zigzag units in red. A great way to use up bits and pieces of 1 1/2 inch strips. I am anxious to start sewing a few together and see how it will look.


I began the process of sewing zipper blocks with red into foursies. I made the blocks

    Those zigzag blocks will go together really fast. So will the zipper blocks now that they're sewn into groups. Great progress!

    So many zippers! They look great & the zigzags are going to be fun to put into larger units!
