Last month, I decided to grab an older ufo - 2016 called orange spiderwebs. Here is my first post about this quilt in 2016. The blocks were in twosies. I have finished the top by adding borders. I hope to quilt it soon. I made the string parts using an old people powered treadle. I used a domestic machine to finish. It is a bright happy quilt, using the smallest parts of my orange scraps. I have a fondness for halloween.
I decided to clean out under my longarm and replace the storage pieces underneath. The result was a huge mess on top of the longarm, LOL Nellie, my longarm, is very sullen that she hasn't been quilting. Slowly, but, surely, it will be made better.

ReplyDeleteThis spider web flimsy is awesome in orange/black! :) A spider web quilt is on my bucket list to make. :)
ReplyDeleteSpiderweb in Halloween colors is most appropriate! Do you still use your treadle machine on occasion?
